A quick overview for spotters, residents, travelers and aviation enthusiasts.

What does the site show?

The map and airport pages show which takeoff and landing direction is currently likely. Weather data is combined with available runway data for each airport.

Why does wind matter?

Aircraft usually take off and land into the wind. When the wind shifts, the runway direction can change as well. The forecast makes these changes easier to understand.
